Alpha Systems was started by Clemens Haneke in 1987 to provide sales and service to small businesses like real estate, libraries, doctors, dentists, lawyers, small manufacturers, and public housing authorities. He owned one of the first Apple dealerships in New York.
He wrote the public housing software package for HUD agencies. He now remotely supports upstate New York and Utah authorities that run his HAYS software package for tenant rent collection via LogMeIn or PcAnywhere software.
After moving his family to East Tennessee, he now uses his knowledge to support East Tennessee personal and business computer users. Clem's 30 years of experience including 8 years at IBM provides an advantage to solving computer problems.
